It always puts my mind at ease whenever I send my van for maintenance and repairs at AutoNation Honda. Kayla, and Vincent before her, are truly the ones who make it easy to go for services because they expla maintenance and repairs at AutoNation Honda. I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. After speaking with the service advisor, Charlotte, I ended up getting: oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment, fuel system cleaner, new windshie After speaking with the service advisor, Charlotte, I ended up getting: oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment, fuel system cleaner, new windshield wipers. While I was waiting, one of the sales consultants (Kenny) came up to me to ask me about my car. I told him about it and about 30 minutes later he came back and asked to show me some new cars. I told him I would look but I had no interest in getting a new car. He seemed okay with that and didn’t really push back (which is something that doesn’t really happen when I’m waiting for my car). About 90 minutes later, Charlotte came up and told me I needed a new battery. I agreed to it but I wished she would have told me the price (also wished I would have known the price of the additional services being done to my car as that is what other service centers do). Kenny comes back asking me why I’m still here and I tell him I’m now getting a battery. He asks if I’m getting a lifetime battery and I told him I didn’t know since all Charlotte told me was I needed a new battery. He then went back and confirmed that I was getting a lifetime battery. About 30 minutes later I was done. Charlotte tells me all that they did and informed me that I now have a lifetime battery in my car (and can go to any AutoNation dealer and get it replaced. Overall, it was a good experience. I was expecting to wait a while since I came in on a Saturday and didn’t have an appointment. Charlotte was really good and it was nice to finally have a female service advisor (I didn’t feel pressured). I just kind of wished I was informed of the prices of all the other services I was getting done that way (then again, I probably should have asked how much it was going to be). I like how Kenny wasn’t pushy when I said I wasn’t looking to buy a new car and made sure that I was getting a lifetime battery. I would definitely come back. More

This dealership is good but it needs improve in manage their time in the service, in the special event 21 points inspections I had an appointment at 15:30 I showed up at 15:20 and they finished at 16:30 j their time in the service, in the special event 21 points inspections I had an appointment at 15:30 I showed up at 15:20 and they finished at 16:30 just for a 21 points inspection they even did not give me the paperwork of the inspections they just toll me that everything is fine that I caught up with the maintenance of my car.
