SERVICE ADVISORS NAME IS DAVID RAMIREZ. ALSO GOES BY THE NAME JOSE.IF YOUVE HAD HIM FOR A SERVICE ADVISOR AND YOUR 3 YEAR 36000 MILE WARRANTY IS PAST LOOK OUT. ON MY 66000 MILE MILE MAINTENA ALSO GOES BY THE NAME JOSE.IF YOUVE HAD HIM FOR A SERVICE ADVISOR AND YOUR 3 YEAR 36000 MILE WARRANTY IS PAST LOOK OUT. ON MY 66000 MILE MILE MAINTENANCE I HAD A RADIATOR FLUSH AND OIL CHANGE .TOTAL FOR MAINTENANCE WAS 597 DOLLARS.I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH MY CAR JUST NEEDED MAINTENANCE.2 DAYS LATER MY HOT TEMPERATURE GAUGE CAME ON IN MIDDLE OF THE DAY IN AFTERNOON TRAFFIC. I LIVE 3 MILES FROM THE DEALERSHIP.MY SERVICE ADVISOR DAVID RAMIREZ TELLS ME THAT THAT WAS JUST BAD LUCK THAT THAT HAPPENED.I PAID HIM 597 DOLLARS FOR JUST BAD LUCK,WHAT A LOW LIFE.I TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND HE SAID IT DEVELOPED AIR BUBBLES.HE SAID THAT HAPPENS SOMETIMES AFTER A RADIATOR FLUSH.BUT MY SERVIVE ADVISOR SAID IT WAS JUST BAD LUCK.I HAVE BAD LUCK GOING TO THE CASINOS.NOT TO A HONDA DEALERSHIP..I TOLD THE MANAGER THATS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A HONDA DEALERSHIP AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO EAST SAHARA HONDA.I PAY BIG BUCKS FOR SERVICE AND THEY DO DAMAGE TO MY CAR.SO ON MY NEXT SERVICE I WENT TO FINDLAY HONDA IN HENDERSON AND THEY INFORM ME THAT MY OIL PAN BOLT IS STRIPPED AND THEY TELL ME WHOEVER CHANGED MY OIL STRIPPED IT.THE ONLY ONES THAT SERVICED MY CAR SINCE I BOUGHT IT NEW WAS EAST SAHARA HONDA.I WENT BACK TO EAST SAHARA HONDA AND MY SERVICE ADVISOR DAVID RAMIREZ TELLS ME THEY THAT FINDLAY HONDA STRIPPED IT..BUT THEY WOULD FIX IT FOR 750 DOLLARS.IM 72 YEARS OLD AND I BELIEVE THEY DELIBERATELY DID DAMAGE TO MY CAR SINCE IM A SENIOR CITIZEN.I WANT TO WARN MY FELLOW SENIOR CITIZENS ABOUT THIS PLACE.REMEMBER THAT SERVICE ADVISORS NAME DAVID RAMIREZ.IF YOUVE HAD HIM FOR A SERVICE ADVISOR.LOOK OUT FOR DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR.THIS PLACE NOT ONLY DID DAMAGE TO MY CAR BUT THE STRESS HAS AFFECTED MY HEALTH.IVE REPORTED THIS PLACE TO THE HONDA CORPORATION.I DONT KNOW WHAT GOOD THAT DID.ALL I CAN SAY IS WHAT IVE EXPERIENCED HERE HAS BEEN VERY BAD.ITS A SHAME WHAT THIS CITY HAS BECOME.WHO CAN YOU TRUST?ONLY GOD.
