Great location relative to where I work and live. I set up the appointment a few days in advance and received a reminder notification via e-mail. My work hours are 7:00 to 4:00, and the comp shuttle I set up the appointment a few days in advance and received a reminder notification via e-mail. My work hours are 7:00 to 4:00, and the comp shuttle did not start until 8:00; that said Devon was able to network with bosses and other staff to get me shuttled to work in a timely fashion. I received a detailed set of messages with photos documenting suggested service in addition to fluids and inspection. My questions were answered promptly and with confidence; the final bill was more tan I wanted it to be but all additional services were explained to me and I approved in advance. When it came time for pickup at the end of the day it turns out shuttle service ends at 4:00. REALLY? Who devised this policy. Again, Devon navigated the system for me and arranged a van to pick me up even though I had already started to the local bus stop nearest me work location. I feel comfortable and confident with the service performed, and am indebted to Devon for working to accommodate my transportation needs. The dealership was very busy the day I was there and was apparently understaffed for the volume of business. The policy relating to customer shuttle hours needs t be revisited; 0800 to 4:00 will simply not suit the needs of most customers depending on this sort of courtesy service. More
