Charges high for services but delivers poor unsatisfactory maintenance services. Did not even test if the maintenance they did was really good. I would rate the technician who did the services unsatisfactory maintenance services. Did not even test if the maintenance they did was really good. I would rate the technician who did the services to my car as not efficient, not dependable n unreliable. I'm absolutely so dissappointed with the services. It was not worth the money they charge for the labor. More

I bought my car at this dealership and have always gotten it serviced here. 2017 Honda Civic Sport -- AC replaced in March 2022, then again in August 2022. Ever since I got the service advisor Juan Huezo, my it serviced here. 2017 Honda Civic Sport -- AC replaced in March 2022, then again in August 2022. Ever since I got the service advisor Juan Huezo, my experience with this dealership has gone south. I recently brought in my vehicle because I was getting AC problems again. Mr. Huezo asks me if I've been to this dealership before despite him literally servicing me the past 3 times. To my surprise, the tech found no leaks in the AC but the service advisor said that there was the contamination of the wrong type of Freon in my car, and suggested that I could have possibly contaminated it myself by using the Freon cans from AutoZone. Why would I touch any part of my AC when it was replaced under warranty less than a year ago? They quoted to fix the AC by replacing it completely for $4500!!! They said they would get back to me by the next 2 days about a goodwill claim to Honda USA to cover some of the cost. 2 days pass by, and there is no response, so I have to follow up and call back myself. They say Honda came back with a response to cover some of it which would leave me paying $2800 out of pocket. Then he says that the parts would take a couple of days to come in. Finally they come in, and he says that the service itself would take 2 days to finish. I have a friend who had the same issue who got their AC replaced for free after showing an AC warranty extension letter from Honda that came in June 2023. He got his car fixed within the same day. I also have this letter, but since they are accusing me of putting in the wrong Freon and that there is no possible way of them doing it, it wouldn't be covered under warranty. Horrible experience.
