I had a new Service Advisor-his name is Jimere. He was fabulous, he listened to me, didn’t try to sell me off brand chemical treatments that were not necessary as in the past service appointments. AutoNation Honda Dealership is clean, its staff is courteous, when I drove up to have my vehicle serviced, I didn’t see the Service Advisor I was supposed to meet immediately. I just thought perhaps s courteous, when I drove up to have my vehicle serviced, I didn’t see the Service Advisor I was supposed to meet immediately. I just thought perhaps she was attending to another customer. So, I went to the lounge and waited. After a few minutes, Brooke West came & attended to my needs. Everything went well, had some breakfast and after 2 hrs, my vehicle was ready and went on my way home. I even had a complimentary car wash before I left and that was great.I’m very pleased at the service I experienced. More

I live across town from this Honda dealership and the main reason i keep returning is Roger my service representative. He goes the extra for the his clients and ensures the needed repairs are done correc main reason i keep returning is Roger my service representative. I don’t know the employees that actually perform the maintenance and repairs but i have never had to bring my car back because the maintenance or repair wasn’t done right.
