I purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle, which is supposed to cover a period of 5 years or 60 months. Recently, I noticed a chemical smell coming from the air conditioning system when driving in hot supposed to cover a period of 5 years or 60 months. Recently, I noticed a chemical smell coming from the air conditioning system when driving in hot weather conditions here in Las Vegas. Concerned about this issue, I contacted your service department to schedule an inspection and repair under my warranty. I spoke with Kayla, one of your service advisors, who informed me that I would need to drop off my vehicle and it would not be available until Monday. Unfortunately, I rely on my vehicle as my sole means of transportation and cannot afford to be without it for such an extended period. When I explained my situation to Kayla, she mentioned that the dealership is currently short-handed and does not have any loaner vehicles available. I am extremely disappointed with this response. One of the primary reasons I invested in the extended warranty was to ensure that I would receive timely and efficient service when needed. The inability to provide a loaner vehicle or offer a more accommodating solution undermines the value of the warranty I purchased. More
Sloppy work, specifically when checking air filters. Need to pay more attention to detail. I again went to the dealership for another service and my air conditioner started making a concerning noise. My husband checked the cabin air filter and it AGAIN was incorrectly forcefully inserted. After my husband changed it, the noise stopped and my air was blowing. This is concerning and also NOT a coincidence. More
