My 2008 Honda Accord which we bought new 13 years ago from Auto Nation East, and only has 40,000 miles on it, spent 3 days in one week in for service because the TPMS light came on and won’t go off! All from Auto Nation East, and only has 40,000 miles on it, spent 3 days in one week in for service because the TPMS light came on and won’t go off! All 3 times, I was told it was off and fixed, but it is still on! Plus I was told I needed a wheel alignment and that would help correct it. I had the alignment done and they insist everything is fixed, but I didn’t even get 1/2 way home before the light came on again! Someone needs to find out how to fix this problem and stop giving me the runaround. If they don’t know how to fix it, then be honest and admit it. More
They should schedule less customer per day for car services since the dealership is under staffed. Because Wait time is ridiculous (3hr and up) just for a simple oil change. I know that because of COVID there is not much staff on board; That’s why the dealership should schedule accordingly of a small amount of customer per day. In order to make it more efficient and fast. Not everyone have a second ride or pick up. Most of them will go and expect a simple oil change to be done within 1hr or less. Not 3hr and more. Instead of hustling for business, dealership should think about customer experience overall. More

Needed fog light replaced. Charged 4x the price for assembly. After noticed reflector was damaged by them. Acted like it wasn't them. Just bought the car only thing wrong was 2 lights that would've Cos assembly. After noticed reflector was damaged by them. Acted like it wasn't them. Just bought the car only thing wrong was 2 lights that would've Cost $75 at most from autozone??? Cost $500 for two lights and they broke something on my car alot the way. They ran full diagnostic on tires and everything said it was fine. Right after hopped on freeway and tire air pressure sensor came on went to a different shop to check it out and i had 60 in one tire that was supposed to be 32 and 50 in all the rest. The mechanic said woah and backed up. Super unprofessional and way over taxing plus they damaged something that didn't have a problem to begin with More
