I had to take time off of work to get my oil changed. I was notified about recommended work due, but was on a time constraint. I was in and out with a wash on a busy day in 75 mins. I have been bringing my car to this dealership for 7 years and have never had a bad experience. Because I drive so few miles a year, I cannot follow the recommended maintenance schedule. Robert Calvario gave me excellent advice this week on what and why repairs/maintenance needed to be done. His customer service skills are excellent. He told me how long it would take to do the work and kept me informed as it progressed. More
