Ariel Barbon is a professional and honest service advisor whom we will be using from now on. On 11/13/21, we took our Honda HRV in for service and a brake fluid service (we had been told on a previous occasi whom we will be using from now on. On 11/13/21, we took our Honda HRV in for service and a brake fluid service (we had been told on a previous occasion by a service advisor at Honda West that our Honda needed a brake fluid service and a transmission service, even though it only had 5,000 miles on since we purchased it from AutoNation Honda East Las Vegas a certified used car). Ariel researched the service history of our car and told is that both of these services were performed when it was up for sale as a certified use car, which we purchased. I can't thank and recommend Ariel Barbon enough for being an honest and professional service advisor, in a business that is known for trying to upsell service that is not needed. Even though AutoNation Honda East Las Vegas is further for us to drive (Pahrump), we will continue to take our car here for service with Ariel as our service advisor. Also, Ariel had our car washed and the inside sanitized! More

Ariel, in service, did an amazing job on my vehicle. I bought a used Odyssey earlier this year and I learned that this was the same place my vehicle had been serviced.
