Brought my 2024 Honda Pilot to Honda East for a recall. Austin was my service advisor for this appointment. He did a great job in communicating with me along with helping me with my keyless entry issue. In Austin was my service advisor for this appointment. Initially, I was going to leave my car over the weekend for the issues to be resolved but the techs managed to locate the issue and my car was ready for pick up before service closed. Austin helped coordinate to have me picked up and dropped off at the dealership to pick up my car after hours. Great service and would return for repairs if I’m in the area. More
