It seemed to me that my service advisor was just trying to upsell me and get me to do things to my car that were not needed. I take my car here for every service/repair needed and have not felt dishonest i to upsell me and get me to do things to my car that were not needed. Right when I got to the appointment, we opened up the hood, and my advisor started pointing out multiple things I needed to get done (not knowing I just got these fluids changed out about 15k miles ago.) when we got back inside, he started throwing a ton of numbers at me without ever asking me when the last time I got those items taken care of was. When he finally looked up the last time I got this stuff taken care of was, he had nothing more he could try to upsell me with. When I finally got word on my car (2 hours later than my appointment time), he proceeded to tell me I needed a whole new AC system which would be well over $2k. Even if that was true about my AC, it is hard to even believe him after the situation with my fluids that apparently “NEEDED” to be flushed out. Tough to get me back there for any more service/repairs now. More

Started paper work they cleaned the car and the process went as fast and as smoothly as I could ever imagine. Under 2 hours and we were gone! The coffee was actually very good to my surprise. I listened to some podcasts on my phone to pass the time. Robert came back a couple of times to update me on their progress. The wait was worth it, though. After they completed the service they washed my car, which I hadn't washed since the last service the year prior. I drove home in a clean car feeling great. More
