I felt that since I secured my loan though my credit union & selected my car online that I had very little customer service experience. In fact when I went to test drive the vehicle & met the salesperso union & selected my car online that I had very little customer service experience. In fact when I went to test drive the vehicle & met the salesperson she seemed rushed to get me out of there. I had to ask to speak to a manager because she couldn’t explain why I was charged a smog fee on a new hybrid vehicle. I still feel it is unethical & illegal. When I had to bring the car in for service 4 days after purchase I was told one thing but they didn’t even order the parts & I had to come back for a second appointment. I called while onsite ( looking directly at the salesperson from the lobby) and she didn’t answer my call and avoided me the entire time I was at the dealership waiting for my vehicle. I also emailed questions but received a delayed response and no in person contact or phone call back. She got a commission for literally doing nothing and continues to send emails asking me to refer people to her. More
