I was not very impressed, but not surprising as I've had poor service experiences at other Autonation dealers. I helped my partner get a newer used vehicle as she really needed one. The vehicle we got had a touch screen that was malfunctioning and it took almost two months for the dealer to get it fixed. I think this should've been caught BEFORE the vehicle was sold to me and the lack of urgency only made it seem like it wasn't very important to the dealer (since they got their money before it was noticed). If you get a car here, make sure you drive it for more than 2 minutes; the route I was instructed to take when test driving was very short. Don't expect to get through to ANYONE by phone at this dealer. I tried the new car sales line and used car sales line and was never able to get through to anyone. The only reason I was able to get the touch screen fixed was the salesperson provided her cell phone number, which I texted to tell her about the problem. I will say she was a very kind salesperson, but when I'd reach out for updates she only seemed to tell me she'd have someone else call me back (which sometimes never happened). There wasn't much accountability. The only person I can commend for decent response/service is the used car Manager, Levi. He said he stands by all his used cars and was the one who approved getting the touch screen fixed at no charge since I literally had the car less than a day before noticing the touch screen randomly inputting selections when no one was touching it. I was the cosigner on this car and my partner was to be the owner and the one making the payments. Finance told us to fill out the credit app with me as the applicant and her as co-applicant because it "looks better in the eyes of the bank". I said the car/payments needed to be in my partner's name and they said we'd get a invoice for payment in the mail and would be able to setup the payments on either of our bank accounts. The payments automatically showed up under my bank account and the DMV records are all in my name so that was clearly a lie. Be weary of dishonest finance managers trying to push you through the process quickly... The service manager made my partner bring the car in three times to get the screen fixed. We provided a video of the issue, but that wasn't enough. We brought it in for them to see the touch screen issue, again so they could confirm what part to order, which took over an hour (don't understand why they didn't confirm that the first time), and then again to fix the part. I wouldn't recommend buying a car at Autonation Honda East or at any Autonation dealer for that matter. They may have the best selection around, but it is run by people who don't care about the service experience and just want to take your money and move on. More

Excellent service. Sales people was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt to pressure to buy.
