I wouldn't recommend this dealership or any Desert dealership as they are all under the same umbrella. On our first conversation, Mr. Harris proceeded to attempt to lie to me and tell me that I sho dealership as they are all under the same umbrella. On our first conversation, Mr. Harris proceeded to attempt to lie to me and tell me that I shouldn't apply for credit anywhere else as each individual inquiry would lower my credit score. When I told him that my understanding was that all applications for a car loan within a 30-45 day time period only counted as one inquiry he responded with, "Yeah, that's right" without bothering to realize that he just admitted he had lied to me. On our second conversation, he proceeded to HANG UP ON ME after I told him that the answer to his question was not his business. The only thing that was HIS business was whether or not HIS company could help me. I was polite and respectful during our entire conversation. Upon calling the manager to relay my experiences, he did (as would be expected) offer to take care of us himself. However, we have no desire to spend $20K on a company who would even allow such horrible customer service in the first place. More
