My response to the survey questions is completely due to Greg Smith's manner and service. I dread the usual dealership experience because of the standard "high-pressure salesman as middle-man" model. His style was refreshingly honest and allowed my wife and I to put our guard down. I don't feel like we overpaid for our vehicle but even if I found out we did then I'm glad it was such an easy experience. I'd rather pay for that than to feel like I'm in a contest of machismo/calculations. Please, Please let this be the new way business is done at dealerships and please study Greg to find out what he is doing differently because it works. We love our car but we didn't expect to walk out of your facility feeling invigorated and we felt that way because of Greg. P.S. It occurred to me while writing this that I usually only fill these out when I am enraged by an awful encounter so thank you for allowing me the opportunity to praise something. More

Just wanted to drop a quick note for the people I delt with when I got my Honda CRV, The two reps who came to pick me up and help me with a fast, easy and fun time. Dan Burgess and Dan Smith were great to deal with and also just to hang out with while the papperwork was getting done, even Becky who was at the counter was a blast just to talk to. What I have to say it if these 3 people are the face of the dealership I suggest you think about going to Desert Honda when you need a painless and memorable time buying a car. I know when I need to deal with a dealership the next time that will be my first stop and more then likely my last stop. Thanks guys !!! More

Pat is very respectful. He didn't force us in making any quick decision. No dirty dealership games of going and coming back and negotiating. We asked for a fare price and he honored that price. But rest the sales man could be more friendly. No greetings, no interaction even while sitting next to you watching tv. But overall experience was very food. The most satisfying thing about this dealership is that I did not feel pressured into buying a car. If a could be made on a specific model, Jimmy was willing to work something out. For the features that the car included for the price I paid for it, I believe that it was already a great deal. My girlfriend referred me to this dealership, based on her positive interactions with the sales team and purchase of the vehicle. I had the same experience, and I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know that is interested in buying a Honda. More
