Poor appointment scheduling to replace fuel tank (recall). I was informed that The parts were not available on the day of my scheduled appointment. AutoNation Honda East Las Vegas went above and beyond to help me get a new Honda Accord. I sold my daily driver to Car Max and financed the new Honda myself through USAA.
