In this regard, this dealership in my opinion rings the five star bell in all its operations, and most notably in vehicle maintenance servicing. All services are carefully and patiently explained to me beforehand and all results of services afterwards. This is done in a competent and friendly way by all service personnel I have encountered. In particular, Vincent Vitale is a superb manager and Mariana Bejar an exemplary service advisor. More

Kayla was great, very efficient, and on top of things, she made sure my car was taken care of, the shield was damaged due to a rock on the road and my air conditioner was having issues. After being a lease customer of Honda for over 10 years, I thought turning in my lease and getting into a new vehicle would be easier. Due to the pandemic, dealerships are taking advantage of low inventory I thought turning in my lease and getting into a new vehicle would be easier. Due to the pandemic, dealerships are taking advantage of low inventory and gouging the customer. I ended up extending my lease for three months due to the frustration of prices and low inventory. When my extension was due to end, I decided to go back to Auto Nation Honda to see if they could help me even though the other dealership said it wasn't possible. Auto Nation Honda listened to my situation and contacted Honda and got my deal approved in one day with no markup and at a payment I was comfortable with. I was able to do most of the process online and over the phone and only spent one hour at the dealership to sign the paperwork and pick up my new Pilot. Thank you Auto Nation and specifically Eddie, Marlo and Carlos for providing the best car buying experience ever. More
