Bought a new Honda Accord from Alex. Did our negotiations online. After comparing 4 dealers over a two week period of time, Alex's price was the best by far.No high pressure and no bait and switch. Called to see if the car that was on their website was still on the lot. Spoke to Ms. Evans and she instructed me to see her when I get there and she will make sure that I get a great deal and that the c still on the lot. When I arrived, I asked for her and the sales rep said she was inside and if there was anything that he can help me with. So I told him my concerns, and he went in and another sales Rep Kim came out to greet us. Kim was exceptionally nice. After agreeing to go in and purchase the car, Ms. Evans still didn't come to meet with us. She was sitting at the counter and sent another sales rep to work with us on the numbers. They wanted to come down only $200 and that was very disturbing after I spoke directly to her on the phone and she never came to me us. I was insulted by this entire experience and will never recommend them or purchase a car from them. I did purchase a car from Fletcher Jones Toyota, for the same car for $3500 cheaper. Boo hoo to you. More
