I have gone to this dealership for a number of years and have always been pleased. Roberto is professional and is excellent and explaining what and why something needs to be done. Unfortunately, I have have always been pleased. Roberto is professional and is excellent and explaining what and why something needs to be done. Unfortunately, I have been trying to reach Roberto about something this week and have had no luck. I have called 3 times and left 2 messages. I believe that there is something fundamentally wrong with the dealership organization. I am confident that Roberto would return my calls, if he received the messages. I am still waiting. More
