I had a dying battery problem and I was able to get an appointment the same day via their web interface. What a win for me . . . normally I would have expected to have failed on setting an appointment on appointment the same day via their web interface. What a win for me . . . normally I would have expected to have failed on setting an appointment on the web and be forced to call and personally request the 'urgent' service.' I had to use the dealer because it was a life time AutoNation performance part. They came through and replaced the battery. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and they took my car during the appointment time and turn around while I waited was quick. More

Failure to accept a check for the amount of purchase almost killed the deal. I have paid for many cars and homes with a check and never had the check questioned. This was my first visit for maintenance and Roger was great! I was in and out. I had an appointment and everything was right on time. The waiting area offered two locations of tv or a quiet area. I did great! I was in and out. I had an appointment and everything was right on time. The waiting area offered two locations of tv or a quiet area. I did not visit the coffee area but others did. I am 1-3/4 hours away and will return here. (Do not like the dealer near me!!) THANKS AGAIN! More
