His tech was able to identify the problem, and fix the bad fuel pump the next day. Roger kept in contact with me, while I was separated from my family, and my wife. Letting us know what was going on. He also helped us get things repaired through our factory warranty. Roger made me feel like my wife's problem were his own. Very helpful and understanding! The vehicle arrived within the time frame provided to us which was great compared to the Ford Explorer which kept getting pushed back. The only frustrating thing was the amount of time it took to complete the total sale and out the door even with us having a preapproved loan and cash for the rest of the purchase price. It took a total of 3 hours at the dealership. More
