Even though I didn’t have an appointment and missed my appointment an entire d month before, they still took me in and did my oil change! It was a decent experience. Ken Schwartz made the process fairly easy and straightforward, considering this isn't the best time to be car buying. In comparison to two other Hon Ken Schwartz made the process fairly easy and straightforward, considering this isn't the best time to be car buying. In comparison to two other Honda dealers in Las Vegas area I personally looked at, this one isn't forcing on a dealer add on package of $2,400 for tint, splash guards, mats, etc. I was able to get what I wanted at MSRP (sticker price) with a very fair process to reserve the car and fantastic financing rate. The other dealers had a tougher reservation process, more money down and non refundable. More
