Wow! How to start? My experience was amazing! Since the time I parked for only browsing around, I left with a pre-owned awesome car, and I am so happy! How to start? My experience was amazing! Since the time I parked for only browsing around, I left with a pre-owned awesome car, and I am so happy! There was a girl at the parking area who took me inside and I talked first with Luis Flores, very polite and knowledgeable young man. He was busy but he handed my curiosity to one of the salespersons, Johnny Molina. He was attentive and caring and so funny! Politely showed me what they had. He answered all my questions and doubts among offering what to drink and eat every 10 minutes. At the end of my visit, I sat down with Mr. Carlos Olvera (Manager) and what a guy! I felt like home! So polite and kind! He explained everything and where I was standing credit wised, he went above and beyond to help me out and like I said, I ended up leaving with a 2019 Honda Civic Sport... I truly recommended these 3 gentlemen for sure. So much that I am working for my own daughter to trade in her actual and get a Honda. That will be happening soon! And for sure, I will be sending anyone who asks me where I got my car over to them! Yay! More

I used a large 4-way tire iron and I still had to step on it with my heel and hop. 'm guessing it took over 200-foot pounds to break each of the lug nuts loose. It will be bad enough if I have to replace any tire in the future. Worse yet is there a risk of the lugs breaking off? I tried chat, text, and phoning Autonation yesterday to find out if a hazard exists. Chat could only refer e to Service and service department only wanted to schedule an appointment and could not answer my concerns. Somebody in sales finally transferred me to where I got an answering machine. Left message there but never got a response. Your phone system and on-line contact support system is terrible. All this took far more than 2 hours. I am disgusted. I'm trying to send this and can't because it won't accept No for an answer to would I recommend this service center. More
Great service and good customer service. I've been a customer for four years now and I didn't encounter any problems on their service and the people. I've been a customer for four years now and I didn't encounter any problems on their service and the people. More
