AutoNation Honda East Las Vegas

I wish to thank the service team at AutoNation Honda for their professional and courteous manner in which they fixed my vehicle. On 6/10/22 I was pulling into my drive way and smoke was coming from under my their professional and courteous manner in which they fixed my vehicle. On 6/10/22 I was pulling into my drive way and smoke was coming from under my hood when I opened the hood I noticed one of my belts was all mangled, so I called Honda and they were able to take me the next day which was a Saturday. Unfortunately they don't run their shuttle service on Saturday so when my car was ready I called for a cab, but because of the pandemic, Lift and Uber the cab companies here are short staffed so after 30min of not hearing back from cab company I called Robert at Honda and asked if they could give me a ride even though their service is not available on Saturday. With-in 30 min the Honda courtesy shuttle was here to give me a ride to pick up my vehicle. Robert had told me on phone earlier it was my water pump that caused the problem, and everything was covered under my warranty. Thank you all very much. More

Troy and Alex was extremely helpful and honest about my options in regards to financing my car, they provided options that are realistic in my finances. Excellent service from start to finish. Ariel, the service advisor helped me get the service I needed for my vehicle. He made the process easy and pleasant. Waited an hour for an oil ch Ariel, the service advisor helped me get the service I needed for my vehicle. He made the process easy and pleasant. Waited an hour for an oil change, pretty decent wait time. Their temporary location has improved a lil bit, now with chairs & tables and outlets for electronics. It can be better. Overall, I'm satisfied and will definitely be coming back to this same location for services. More
