I had a new Service Advisor-his name is Jimere. He was fabulous, he listened to me, didn’t try to sell me off brand chemical treatments that were not necessary as in the past service appointments. AutoNation Honda Dealership is clean, its staff is courteous, when I drove up to have my vehicle serviced, I didn’t see the Service Advisor I was supposed to meet immediately. I just thought perhaps she was attending to another customer. So, I went to the lounge and waited. After a few minutes, Brooke West came & attended to my needs. Everything went well, had some breakfast and after 2 hrs, my vehicle was ready and went on my way home. I even had a complimentary car wash before I left and that was great.I’m very pleased at the service I experienced. More

I had a great experience with Honda when I took my car in for a recall. The attendant assigned to me was very friendly professional, and kept me updated on the status of the repairs to my car, he is definit for a recall. I live across town from this Honda dealership and the main reason i keep returning is Roger my service representative. I don’t know the employees that actually perform the maintenance and repairs but i have never had to bring my car back because the maintenance or repair wasn’t done right. Our Honda Pilot is currently there getting serviced for a check engine light while we are here on vacation hundred of miles from home. After joining a forum of Honda technicians, none of what we were quoted check engine light while we are here on vacation hundred of miles from home. After joining a forum of Honda technicians, none of what we were quoted were critical (like wouldn’t get us home) as they described and while the timing belt was coming and we were prepared to pay for, just that replacement and some other minor ones should have helped fix the converter so we really should only be paying $2000 for that instead of over $4000 for both, but being out of town with our 4 kids, they not only scared us into getting both done but tried to sell us $7000 ADDITIONAL worth of repairs they listed as “critical”. This is almost 100% of the cars value. Anyone who can gouge a family with 4 kids in a desperate situation like this just trying to get home safely has NO soul and Honda should ashamed to call this a certified Honda service center. Please stay far away from this place. I will be reporting this dealership/service center as well as calling the Honda customer relations department for deeply unethical behavior More
