had high hopes of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, but unfortunately, my experience fell through due to a serious breach of trust. I worked with Andres Solano on getting a quote for an dealership, but unfortunately, my experience fell through due to a serious breach of trust. I worked with Andres Solano on getting a quote for an HR-V. While I didn’t make a purchase at the time because I was still shopping around, I did let Andres know which other dealerships I planned to visit. Shortly after, I was shocked to learn that my personal information had been shared with salespeople at other dealerships — without my knowledge or consent. This is a clear misuse of my private data. As a customer, I never authorized my information to be shared outside of the organization. I don’t know exactly what was passed around, but even the basic act of giving out a customer's contact information to third parties is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Worse, after reaching out to the dealership by phone and email to address this issue, I received no response until I followed up several times over the course of a few days. Eventually, I did speak with the General Manager, who took responsibility for what happened. While I appreciate the acknowledgment, the lack of urgency and accountability from the dealership was extremely disappointing. As someone who has personally experienced data breaches in the past, I take the protection of my information seriously. The way this situation was handled made it clear that the dealership does not. I won’t be returning, and I would caution others to be mindful of how their personal information might be handled here. More
