I have been coming to Honda Dulles for 15 years and 2 cars.....The service is exceptional. I drive 35 minutes to get there and bought my 2nd car bc the service on the first was so great. AutoNation Honda Dulles service is very poor and worst customer experience. I have been servicing my car for 5 years with AutoNation Honda Dulles. After pointing the mistake in badly serviced break and rotors(even after technician did the inspection. )Tuns out only break pads were changed and not the "Resurface or replace rotors" but I was charged for both the services. Service manager-Jorge Sands showed very bad attitude and was not co-operative at all. Very bad customer service. More

After dropping off my car that I bought new at Honda Dulles, I couldn’t get an update for a week after calling daily. I was tossed around and promised calls that I never received. The service manager didn’t return my calls and emails for over a week after I vented about how dissatisfied I was. They said the problem was a bad starter that was fixed and I had to pay for it after only 50K. After I got the car back the same problem still existed. They eventually got it fixed after a great deal of hassle. I wanted a full refund for all the run around and the fact that my service advisor and the service manager didn’t return my calls or give any kind of updates. After escalating even further tot the Service Director I was offered $375 toward my next repair or a $200 check of the almost $800 I spent. I took the $200 since I will never step foot in that place again. It was really just a slap in the face for all the aggravation I went through and was not even worth my time complaining. I will never return to this poor excuse for a dealership and shop for any kind of repair and will certainly not be buying my next car here. Steer clear of this place! More
