We own 2 Hondas and having just moved to the area fall of 2021; we could not have chosen a better place to bring our Hondas in for service. Our Service Advisor, Adam Kearney, who we choose every time gives 2021; we could not have chosen a better place to bring our Hondas in for service. Our Service Advisor, Adam Kearney, who we choose every time gives us nothing but the BEST in customer service... always going above and beyond to make sure we understand the issue, repair time of the issue, and never fails to keep us updated through the process. Adam honestly and truly cares about his customers, getting to know you and going out of his way to make sure you walk out AutoNation Honda Dulles feeling like your money was well spent and you have been taken care of with kid gloves. My husband has been away out of country for 2 plus months when an issue arrived with my 2020 Accord. Adam reassured me that he and the AutoNation Honda Dulles Service team would make sure my Accord would be fixed accordingly with no added stress on me. I can not thank Adam and his team enough for making sure I walked out of that service area, knowing I wouldn't have to worry with coming back until my next oil change. My car had problem to start. They took me in events I did not make appointment in advance. They tested all majors to find the problems. In every case, including my most recent visit for routine maintenance on my wife's 2020 CR-V on June 7th, I have always received exceptional service. They communicate, they are friendly and welcoming and they have never failed to perform the requested work right the first time. Now if they could just get some new vehicles in the showroom and on the lot, I'd be a totally happy customer! More
