I made an appointment for an oil change and I arrived about 20 minutes early. When I drove into the service area, no one seemed to notice that I was there. After a few minutes, I just stepped out and loo about 20 minutes early. When I drove into the service area, no one seemed to notice that I was there. After a few minutes, I just stepped out and looked for someone. No one acknowledged me still. So then I just walked over to one of the people sitting a desk and asked if I had to check in. He didn't look at me because he was busy working, and he just said to wait at my vehicle and someone will come to me. So I sat in my car. 25 minutes later, a man walked up to my car and asked if anyone had helped me yet. This was only because I was blocking a person behind me whom he was helping. I said no one helped me yet, so he helps me. He finally processes my car and I go to the waiting room. This was about 8 minutes after my scheduled time. The dealership just didn't seem friendly. I have been to a few before for service and they treat you like royalty. This place not so much. I'll probably go back for service because they are close to me. If there was another dealership that was around me, I would probably not come back here. More
My car popped a service message while I was out driving, and I was able to get an appointment to have my car checked the same day! Adam took care of me and my car and made sure to explain everything I neede and I was able to get an appointment to have my car checked the same day! I was able to get a shuttle ride home, and do what I had planned for the day - AND get my car back the same day! Fantastic service, thank you Adam!! Will definitely go again More

Purchasing our minivan through AutoNation Honda Dulles was a great experience, but what has impressed me more was the service we experience after the purchase. Consistently professional, friendly, and timely service for all of our minivan needs. We are helped every time by the same service rep (Oscar is the best!) and he really knows what he is doing, and the particulars of our vehicle. He once recommended we replace one tire, when I asked if we should replace the others, he noted their tread value and said we could wait on it. That is honesty! We are definitely loyal customers and would recommend this dealership to our friends. I also appreciate the complimentary carwash at the end of every service. More
