Service team worked with me to arrange a short-notice service appointment, and then exceeded that effort by identifying items under warranty which significantly cut my costs. Came in specifically for an airbag recall. Scheduling the appointment was impossible as it kept resetting back to a new phone call presenting the same options (sales, parts, service,etc.). After several weeks, finally managed to locate another number where a live operator answered. Upon arrival, Hasan saw my Recall Notice and asked if that was what I was there for, if I had an appointment, then proceeded to help other customers. After it was my turn, he was fixated on on informing me the CEL and TPMS lights were on. I told him, no kidding as I well aware and as well told him was there only for the recall. He continued on and on - only getting nastier with his tone. Verified my information, of which the e-mail address on file was one from that dealer...asked him to correct it - told me it didn't matter, but I insisted. The operator that scheduled my appointment asked at least 5 times if I received the e-mail...I can only imagine that the appointment was sent to this incorrect address. Funny thing, after that update, I'm receiving this survey...weird. Asked Hasan how long the appointment would take and he kept stating 4:30 and that he would call. Knowing they close at 5:00, I started to the dealer at 4:30 and magically received a call a few minutes later. Hasan said my car was ready, I said thanks, I'll see you in a few and he abruptly hung up. Upon arrival, I waited for Hasan. After 15 minutes, it was my turn and he just goes, oh, and pointed to another car jockey that handed over my receipt (basically, go find it yourself). On the invoice it stated how the car was sanitized with Chlorox - what an outright lie. The trash left behind and the greasy finger prints all of the dash were a very nice touch. This was probably the rudest experience I've ever had with a dealer. More

Took over 3. 5 hours for an oil change and this is with an appointment. They tried to tack on additional “recommended” services totaling over $1,000 to a car that 5 hours for an oil change and this is with an appointment. They tried to tack on additional “recommended” services totaling over $1,000 to a car that has a little over 42,000 miles. And they came to me with this at the 3 hour mark. Not going back there again unless there’s a recall on my car. My expectation was perform the services I came for which should have taken no longer than an hour and if they did feel that I needed optional services done don’t tell me while my car is still on the lift after 3 hours of waiting. They should tell me this as I’m checking out. They don’t seem to think that people make appointments for a reason (need to pick kids up from school, get back to work, etc…); keep in mind my appointment was for an oil change. If they can’t keep that within an hour, then they shouldn’t book that many people at the same time slot. More
