2010 Honda Civic LX 80,000 miles Paid $160 for diagnostic that determined I needed a front brake job. Then paid $575 for front brake job with new pads and rotors which involved removing the cal diagnostic that determined I needed a front brake job. Then paid $575 for front brake job with new pads and rotors which involved removing the caliper and then reinstalling the caliper at completion. and then Honda said the caliper bolt was stripped and I needed new caliper but they didn't have it in stock and had to order it. T Then charged me $500 to install new caliper when reinstalling a caliper is actually part of the cost of the original brake job but they didn't have the part in stock at that time. This was a total rip off price gouging. Labor should be part of the cost of the part not a separate charge. It seems like a double charge. On top of that we called them over and over and over and over every call went to voice mail. I even called the managerr. We needed to speak to the service advisor but could not get through. Finally the receptionist was kind enough to track down a different service advisor who was also kind enough to go find out what was going on for us. I feel very taken advantage of as a customer. On the positive side, they did provide a lift shuttle for me as this is my only car. In addition when I came in for my diagnostic service I was charged the fee of another customer's repair work in addition to my own and it had to be refunded and I had to contact my credit card company to make sure it was getting refunded. More
The service experience with Adam and team was incredibly pleasant. Adam linked me up with the the tech that would be working on my vehicle directly and as I understand, this tech worked on my car from star pleasant.
