I take back what I had written because the staff treated me differently over $60 towing fee for a transmission warranty done poorly. It was not my fault that you didn't fix the transmission properly and it died in the middle of a highway which I had to tow back to your dealership for another repair. The fact that the same advisor who treated me fairly for many years of service told me that the towing fee wouldn't be reimbursed. I received a follow-up from Jorge who gave me the option for a refund or service credit. I took the refund and it's been over a month and I still haven't gotten a refund. Don't lie to your customer and just brushed them off for no reason. I find this petty and disappointed in how it was handled.
