I had a warranty transmission repair done for my 2017 Honda HRV and they left some screws loose which result in my vehicle disabled in the middle of a highway. I had the car towed to Autonation Honda Du Honda HRV and they left some screws loose which result in my vehicle disabled in the middle of a highway. I had the car towed to Autonation Honda Dulles which incurred a $60 towing fee for their mistake. I was told by a representative name Jorge that I had the option to get the $60 refund or $75 credit for future service work. I chose the refund and was told they would mail me a check. It's been over a month with no refund and they basically lied to me. I've been a loyal customer for many years and this is how they're petty about it. Fawad was always professional with me but this time he talked to me like it's my fault and he would have to ask his manager if I could be refunded. That's when Jorge reached out to me and gave me the options. I'm quite disappointed and wanted to share this review so it shines a light on how they treat their loyal customers. More
I've continued to use the service department here after buying my accord new in 2019. Quick easy service with experienced service writers. I've been happy each time and will return again. Unfortunately I have to share that my last experience in the Autonation Honda dealer was unpleasant. I went for a simple oil change on one of my cars. The representative confirmed my contact information on the Autonation Honda dealer was unpleasant. I went for a simple oil change on one of my cars. The representative confirmed my contact information on the form but still the person who was contacted was my husband who is included for any emergency, and he was out on a trip. Nobody called or texted my phone. When finally I got the notification through my husband that the car was ready and that they were suggesting additional maintenance, I tried to contact the representative assigned to the labor but went straight to her voicemail so I left a message to return my call. Next day I called again to the service department around 6pm, when finally somebody answered, they hung up on me. I waited next day and same thing happened. After 4-5 days with no response I just paid for the oil change and picked up the car. I’ll be looking for another place to do the maintenance my car needs. More
