I had a warranty transmission repair done for my 2017 Honda HRV and they left some screws loose which result in my vehicle disabled in the middle of a highway. I had the car towed to Autonation Honda Du Honda HRV and they left some screws loose which result in my vehicle disabled in the middle of a highway. I had the car towed to Autonation Honda Dulles which incurred a $60 towing fee for their mistake. I was told by a representative name Jorge that I had the option to get the $60 refund or $75 credit for future service work. I chose the refund and was told they would mail me a check. It's been over a month with no refund and they basically lied to me. I've been a loyal customer for many years and this is how they're petty about it. Fawad was always professional with me but this time he talked to me like it's my fault and he would have to ask his manager if I could be refunded. That's when Jorge reached out to me and gave me the options. I'm quite disappointed and wanted to share this review so it shines a light on how they treat their loyal customers. More
