Took my vehicle in for service as all my check engine warning lights were on. I purchased the vehicle a couple months back and it was just out of warranty, but the dealership covered the cost of repairs warning lights were on. Service technicians are lazy. Previous Asst Svc Manager, Jorge (George) was great and cared. Of course he left. Example from last 3 visits: Checked off that cabin air filter was good to go, actually had a full bird nest on it. George saw it and replaced. 2nd time, I told the story to person helping me. And then I said let's check. Sure enough, filthy again but technicians had checked off good to go. 3rd time (last week) technician said it needed to be replaced not knowing that it was replaced less than 5k miles ago because the person you deal with face to face had replaced it free of charge after discovering it on the 2nd visit. Therefore it did not show up as having been done and so the technician just said needs new cabin air filter. When it was checked it was perfectly clean. I used to trust the dealership completely. But seems like those guys are all gone. More
