Honda responded

If the General Manager you are referring to will be the Service Director Dave Wallace, then no. I dealt with him a long tome ago and well, I will leave it at that. Thankfully along came Jorge (George) referenced above and my faith in the dealership was restored. Now that he is gone, here we are again. If it will be the actual General Manager of the dealership, then ok. I haven't been disappointed by him yet. Who will I be speaking to?
