Above and Beyond Service Center Staff The service center staff, specifically Adam and the manager of the service center worked to repair my daughter's first car, a Honda civic that we boug The service center staff, specifically Adam and the manager of the service center worked to repair my daughter's first car, a Honda civic that we bought from the used car dept. at Auto Nation. After just two weeks, the car was in need of repair and the service department was fantastic with their communication with us and making sure the car was repaired and safe for my daughter to drive it. They worked with us financially even thought the car was bought as is and had only a 5 day warranty. The used car sales manager was lacking in communication, but the service manager and staff certainly made up for it. They proved to be dependable, honest and trustworthy. More

Then I bought a 2016 civic touring model from college park Honda which has 100 times better customer service. So I take my civic to auto nation for service on 21sep16, I did get a loaner which is nice, but I can't get anyone to return my calls, I've had an infotainment system issue since I bought the car and auto nation just can't get it right. I've been there several times for the same issue but their respond time on returned phone calls is almost non-existent and the management has holds no accountability. I only go to auto nation because it's close. More
Great service and explained every step!! A few weeks ago my Air conditioning went out!! I live in Virgina so it is very necesary this time of year. I was told I needed a new air compressor. Chris worked with me through possible options on how to get it fixed. He was very reassuring that we would figure it out. Later on that evening , I got another call from Chris that my ac condesor went out too. At this point I was so overwhelmed and did not know what to do. Chris calmed me down and was able to apply a lot of discounts to ease the high amount needed to fix my car. AND just recently my emissions light went on and I called and left a message for him because I had such a great experience. He ended up texting me what was going on and we ended up chatting on the phone and he gave me a suggestion of what I could do myself in order to solve the issue therefore not needing a visit to the shop. Chris is a wonderful advisor and I will be sure to bring all my business to him!! More
Zero Response or Accountability....Pathetic Experience Wanted to bring to your attention regarding the Service at dealership: Autonation Honda, Dulles, Sterling VA.: Last year 2 tires replaced at the deale Wanted to bring to your attention regarding the Service at dealership: Autonation Honda, Dulles, Sterling VA.: Last year 2 tires replaced at the dealership. Since then a few services done, tires rotated etc. Recently - the other 2 tires needed replacement. It was at this time - realized that the previous tires replaced were "NOT AS PER Manufacture Specs". Types Installed 100T (on a Honda Odyssey Touring 2010 model). The Specifications clearly indicate 102T. As customers, we were not notified when this was replaced that these did not meet specs. Multiple services done since w/tire rotation and nothing mentioned by the dealer. Now the vehicle is running with 2 tires @ 102T rating and 2 with 100T rating. Repeated calls and visit to the dealership has led to vague responses (with no follow through) "We will have our Manager call you / we will have our service Director call you" and top it off "This by the way is NOT a problem"....We go to dealership for service to ensure that the vehicle maintains Manufacture specs as intended by the designers of the vehicle. Clearly - the dealership doesn't think that the Manufacturing specifications matter. By the way have been a huge fan of Honda - this is my 4th Honda product (2 Odyssey's and 2 Accura's).....This is a absolute pathetic experience, where a dealership takes zero accountability for its actions and absolute disregard for the customer. If this is the case for clearly visible parts - wonder if the specifications of the internal parts being replaced meets specs.... Find a better responsible dealer to take your car to... More
Honda recall service I received a notice from Honda stating there was a recall for my Accord for a piece of the airbag. I called AutoNation (where we purchased it) and the I received a notice from Honda stating there was a recall for my Accord for a piece of the airbag. I called AutoNation (where we purchased it) and they said they didn't have the parts to fix the recalled airbag and it could take 60 days to get them. After some complaining about the recall they offered a loaner vehicle while waiting for the parts. I went to drop off my vehicle yesterday morning and pick up the loaner but there was some sort of disconnect between what I was told the day before and yesterday. Apparently the parts had arrived and they were able to fix my car in an hour. They were very nice and offered us many different ways to make up for the confusion that had occurred and help us with our day. Miscommunications obviously happen and they did a great job solving it. Recommend to anyone! More

Our most recent visit was the last straw, so our next new car will be a Volvo. The service manager, Dennis, demonstrated no reason for us to consider buying another Honda. We took our car in with a problem and it came home with another problem, that was going to cost over $1000 to fix. He tried to blame everything and everyone else instead of accepting responsibility and just fixing the problem. We have been long time Honda owners and do preventative maintenance on them. After this last encounter with them, we are done. We would rather do business elsewhere. Wouldn't even consider going back after this. More

I have been using this dealership for maintenace for several years now and have had nothing but stellar service. I have found the late hours particularly accomodating to my tight schedule unlike other several years now and have had nothing but stellar service. I have found the late hours particularly accomodating to my tight schedule unlike other dealers who only have "normal" business hours - ie when I need to be at work. But,of particular note, the tag-team efforts of the ever so pleasant service advisor, M.J. Lawson, and mechanical genius in the back, Greg Sutherland, have always left me reasured that my car is well maintained and in top shape. Always pleasant, and always willing to give me time to explain what the problem is, or what they are recommending to prevent a problem. I NEVER feel like I am being talked into anything that the car actually does not need, and have on multiple occaisions been told by both individuals when I raised various particular concerns, that although a valid concern, not something that need to be addressed at that time - how often will other outside mechanics simply agree and urge you to preform the work you are inquiring about, simply so they get the work ? Not here. That leaves a very calming feeling with me that I am being taken care of, but not being taken for a ride, but also, that much more attentive when they actually do recommend something to be done - it's nice when you have the feeling that someone is actually on your side. Extremely unprofessional and uncaring when looking for emergency assistance with repairs. They had NO problem selling me thousands of dollars of extra protection, etc. But don't you dare try to USE any emergency assistance with repairs. No clear instructions on how to use anything and PLENTY of restrictions should you figure out how to use it. Sure you can have a rental car. Pay for it and THEN be reimbursed. What a joke. My wife and I have purchased two vehicles from Leesburg Honda/Dulles Honda and have all three of our Honda's serviced by them. They are always friendly and ready to assist. I live in the Ashburn area and Honda/Dulles Honda and have all three of our Honda's serviced by them. They are always friendly and ready to assist. However, the team at Dulles Honda has been very easy to deal with and always made me whole when I have questions and or concerns about my experience.
