It was fine. The service seemed a bit slow, I waited 4 hours for an oil change and an inspection. When I took my car to them for maintenance there was a dent on the windshield but when they brought the car back to me there was a big crack from where the dent was to the middle of the windshield and whe dent on the windshield but when they brought the car back to me there was a big crack from where the dent was to the middle of the windshield and when I called Oscar Castro attention he said that the crack was already there and I told him that wasn’t true. I believe this crack happened during their complimentary precision care powered by Clorox, which he denied that the car wasn’t washed. So I asked to speak with the manager, after speaking with him he was so mean, rude and very irresponsible. All he said was he will not fix my glass that I should call my insurance and he walked away. He even denied not washing my car. I requested to see their camera to prove to them that my windshield was not broken before I went there and he said there’s no way he can help me. More

My service advisor was very helpful, as usual. Although I had come in just for VA safety and emission check, he noted that the car was almost due for routine service.
