I made an appointment for 13 Aug 2021 with AutoNation Honda in Sterling, VA to have the 3 wiper blades replaced on my Honda CRV and to have the VA state inspection done. When I was waiting for the wor Honda in Sterling, VA to have the 3 wiper blades replaced on my Honda CRV and to have the VA state inspection done. When I was waiting for the work to be done, Aaron Ortiz, my service advisor told me that did not have the "regular" replacement blade for the hatch-back window. However, they did have another blade that "would work". Bottom line - I was charged $9.99 each for 2 blades and $47.40 for the third!! This bait and switch procedure seemed like highway robbery to me! I told Aaron the CRV was one of Honda's best selling vehicles and asked him how AutoNation could possibly not have its rear window replacement blades in stock. He replied it could have been a covid pandemic related delivery issue. More

A simple oil change for $64 -- and it took 90+ minutes. It was fine. The service seemed a bit slow, I waited 4 hours for an oil change and an inspection. If the reason was labor shortage I get it but I saw people who came after me leave before I got my car. Co hours for an oil change and an inspection.
