Took my Civic in for maintenance. Fawad was great! Very helpful and straightforward. After about a mile when I left at 4:30pm, the tire pressure came on. Service closed at 5pm. I have been charged $22 Misc. charges (without any explainantion on the receipt). I understand you have given me 15% discount, but bumping up the price (like adding misc charges), and then giving disc explainantion on the receipt). Fawad told me he would replace the front brakes and charged me $350, but he only replaced the front pads.
