I usually feel the services are very good. My recent experience was not great. I was told it would take 90 minutes for an inspection and tire rotation. After two hours I went out to the garage and my experience was not great. I was told it would take 90 minutes for an inspection and tire rotation. I asked again, and she said it was not very long. There was no apology for the delay. Two hours and no communication was not up to your usual standards. I would recommend your service department usually, but not this time. More
