Friendly staff, efficient service. Aaron Ortiz was my service rep. He was very friendly and seemed very anxious to make sure things went well. When he told me the service would be 2 hours, he also offered a loaner car if I needed it, but I chose to wait. When the car was finished, it had been just under 2 hours as he had said. That is the kind of service that makes customers come back. The car was clean and Aaron when over the billing, and I was finished. The only thing I was not thrilled with, was the check in process. Once the car was checked in, it was way too slow. There should have been more than one service rep available for that process. More

Communication lacking. Took car in for service and after it was complete I had a question about an issue with the car, so I sent a message and got no response. Then received an e-mail from the service advisor just confirming I was satisfied with the work and didn't have any questions. Responded to that e-mail that I never received a response to my question/concern and still no response to that. More
