AutoNation Honda Dulles is an excellent dealership. When I bring my car in for service I am always treated with kindness and respect. My Honda Accord likewise is treated well. Since I purchased the Accord I bring my car in for service I am always treated with kindness and respect. My Honda Accord likewise is treated well. Since I purchased the Accord in 2014 I have always had it serviced at AutoNation Honda Dulles and will continue to do so as long as I own the car. I have never been disappointed with their service. My service advisor, Adam Kearney, is excellent and informs me on needed service. I would not have my car serviced at any other place. More
This was my first experience with this dealership, having recently moved into the area. From start to finish, I found the experience pleasant and efficient (although it took a bit to get used to because it's recently moved into the area. From start to finish, I found the experience pleasant and efficient (although it took a bit to get used to because it's different than how my prior Honda dealership operated). The ability to drive into the large (but covered) service bay is wonderful, although it took me a few minutes to get my bearings because I was not sure where my assigned rep sat. Ultimately my pre-assigned rep was not present, but Aaron came over and provided great customer service. The waiting room is large and spacious (although the chairs could likely be replaced) and I appreciated the free coffee dispensed via a machine. Service-wise, I found it unusual that I was not immediately given a price (to replace a tire); instead, I signed the paperwork, the car was taken into the shop, and then Aaron came back about 40 minutes later to explain the cost of various service options. Maybe this was a one-off situation based on what service I requested, so I will see what happens next time. In terms of quality of work, so far the new tires and alignment appear to have been done correctly. For efficiency, I was in and out in under 2 hours, which is fairly decent from my experience. More
