I had never been to this dealership before. There was a recall on my vehicle, so I brought it in. I typically get my car serviced at a local shop, but when my technician told me that all kinds of services recall on my vehicle, so I brought it in. I typically get my car serviced at a local shop, but when my technician told me that all kinds of services needed to be done (fluids were dirty, etc), I realized that my local guy was not thorough. I compared prices at both shops before going ahead with getting service at the dealership. I was shocked that both prices were basically the same. People think that dealerships charge higher prices, but that's not true (at least not in this case). I highly recommend AutoNation Honda in Dulles, VA! More

Charged for an emissions test that turns out I didn’t need after I asked that they confirm. They stated they would verify if it was needed before doing the test. Service was very good. The price is a little to be desired. There is no way air filters should cost as much as they do for 10 minutes worth of work.......When you spend that much on a maintenance plan desired.
