I'm awfully late getting to this review, but the circumstances were unusual! I had set up an appointment to do everything at once: two recalls, windshield repair, tire rotation and oil change, all circumstances were unusual! I had set up an appointment to do everything at once: two recalls, windshield repair, tire rotation and oil change, all on a day when the windshield guy would be there. Then I got that worst of all calls. My mom had passed unexpectedly and I needed to leave for Florida ASAP. The staff at AutoNation Honda Dulles was absolutely amazing! They got me in immediately and did EVERYTHING planned for later, except the windshield because that was an external vendor not there that day. But they made sure to get my car done quickly enough that I could then get it in to Safelite to repair the windshield before our two-day roadtrip. They fit me in, despite my not having an appointment for that day, they got multiple things taken care of, and they got my car back on the road quickly and with compassion and professionalism. I appreciate them more than words can express. More

Love the Passport. ..not thrilled with the Service Dept. Will not buy another Honda because of the Service Dept. First time was for a recall...something to do with the backup camera. Recall notice said fix would be 2.5 hours; checkin tech said more like 4 hours. Dropped it off and went home. Called at about the 4 hour mark and was told the car had not even been taken back yet. Picked it up without the recall work being done. Next time was a few days ago; routine maintenance (oil change; tire rotation). Dropped off and call 4 hours later...still had not been taken back for the servicing. I actually picked up my car 5.5 hours after leaving in the Service Dept. This is a leased vehicle, and all regular maintenance will be done at Jiffy Lube. More
