Every time I come to Dulles Auto Nation Honda I am met with professional perfection. The employees always do their best to accommodate my requests and do an excellent job. Until most recent visit I've been very pleased. I scheduled a routine service a week in advance and stated I would wait for the car. Changing differential fluid and oil took more than 3 hours. I suspect the paperwork ad been misfiled and it hadn't been started. I was treated as if I didn't have an appointment and was being squeezed in. Experience was VERY DISAPPOINTING! More
