Worst experience in 30 years of buying cars. My family and I had to quickly get a car to avoid paying these high car rental prices. After signing and paying for the car, they handed me two keys, which one didn't work. They didn't provide any car manuals - they told me to look it up online, and the car's hybrid-electric battery was dead. Oh and no discounts for vets. Within seven days of owning the car, warning lights started going off and it now has to be serviced. Having the car manual would have been helpful... And I'm still waiting on when it can be serviced...but to be fair, I contacted them about this apparent 🍋 and they are responding. I hope their follow through is better than what I've encountered as it has been an unfortunate experience especially coming back to the U.S. after serving a three-year tour overseas. More

Purchased Hyundai Sonata from AutoNation Honda Dulles last week and was pretty impressed with the response initially until the purchase was done. And then comes the surprise of barely any response to you last week and was pretty impressed with the response initially until the purchase was done. And then comes the surprise of barely any response to your emails, calls or the service requests. A couple of things were still to be fixed at the time of purchase of the car, but since the purchase is done, it seems like they don't get it done. Hoping the management will notice this and get it done at the earliest. Very disappointed for the ignorance towards fixing little things that takes less than an hour for which I have been waiting from a week. Would have given a 5 star otherwise. More

I had an initial email exchange with the sales team and went to test drive a new Honda CR-V. The sales team was courteous and thorough in showing me the features of the car. They were also transparent and fair in what the car would cost. They didn't play games. This experience was very different from the two other Honda dealerships I visited that day. As a result, I purchased the car from AutoNation, which was an easy process. It was clear that the team at AutoNation cares about their customers and wants to maintain a long-term relationship with them. More
