The staff was friendly and professional. I was surprised that it only took 1 hour to service my CRV. I had a couple of questions before I left and they completely answered my questions. Big shoutout to Paul Gartlan, Sunny Haque, and Sayed in Finance for making my first car purchase super smooth and not stressful! I traded in my CRV, got the price I wanted for it, and it was an easy proces Finance for making my first car purchase super smooth and not stressful! I traded in my CRV, got the price I wanted for it, and it was an easy process reserving my 22 Honda Civic Hatchback (which also had a GREAT price on it!). Financing through Honda made it even faster and I didn't have to spend hours at the dealership! Paul, Sunny, and Sayed were very patient as I asked tons of questions and weighed in advice from my dad. Never pushy, unlike other Honda dealerships in Fairfax County. Justin Duke and Jorge were also very kind and helpful contacts to speak with. Would definitely recommend buying through AutoNation Dulles for great prices and service. More
