Our most recent service visit was perfect and that's why we keep going back. This visit was for an oil change, rear differential fluid changed, and replacing the oil filter housing gasket (leak found while we keep going back. Service performed and Hector, my service advisor were excellent. I noticed the invoice charges included a 10% of the total invoice "Misc. Charges" fee. Poor experience buying a used car, The radio didn’t work during the test drive, they said they fixed it but we still have issues.
