Do not purchase vehicles from this location - specifically from a salesman named Justin Duke. Their maintenance team does not have the skills to maintain long lasting vehicles. I was scammed into specifically from a salesman named Justin Duke. Their maintenance team does not have the skills to maintain long lasting vehicles. I was scammed into purchasing a vehicle that only lasted me 3 months. The engine completely failed after only minimal use. Now Justin and the rest of AutoNation have offered zero help to get this issues resolved. I absolutely regret my decision coming here. Do not trust these people. More

Friendly staff, efficient service. Aaron Ortiz was my service rep. He was very friendly and seemed very anxious to make sure things went well. When he told me the service would be 2 hours, he also offered a loaner car if I needed it, but I chose to wait. When the car was finished, it had been just under 2 hours as he had said. That is the kind of service that makes customers come back. The car was clean and Aaron when over the billing, and I was finished. The only thing I was not thrilled with, was the check in process. Once the car was checked in, it was way too slow. There should have been more than one service rep available for that process. More

I actually had a second occasion to work with Wayne and the crew when I decided days later that I really wanted a bigger car. They purchased the CR-V at a very good price, got me into a Pilot that I love, and made it all easy.
