This was a very disappointing experience for us. We had seen a pre-owned car online that we liked and went to the dealership on Wednesday. Good experience there as they were very friendly and did put the hard sell on there. After leaving on Wednesday we started some negotiations via email for the car we had looked at. The original starting price was about $26,100 and by Saturday morning we had negotiated to $25,200 plus their $449 processing fee. When we went in they pulled the old bait and switch on us. After sitting there for about 45 minutes we were told that the price they had given us was on a different car than the one we had seen on Wednesday and did not have the DVD player. Unbelievable since every email going to them mentioned it was the car with the DVD and we had not looked at any other blue Odyssey's on our first visit. Of course when we asked if they would honor the price they said they couldn't because it was $1,000 difference. That excuse makes no sense because if it was a $1000 difference then the price of that car would have been about $25,100 to start and there would have been no need to negotiate! Definitely did not deal with us in an honest fashion so buyer beware! More

Don't trust this dealership! On a Thursday I negotiated and agreed to a purchase of a used car. I live @ 50 miles away. I am a 19 year old young mother, who works full time as well as college full time. I have such new credit, that it didn't help me at all. I had my mother cosign with me and in doing so was able to lease a brand new 2012 Honda Civic. They dropped the price for me, they worked me into the payments I could afford, and they did it with no money down!! They also threw in a package where I could go to any Honda and get my oil changes and other services taken care of because I live an hour away. They made me feel very comfortable, like they truly cared about me. Arnold called himself the "miracle worker" and they truly did work miracles for me. I will DEFINITELY be recommending all my friends to Honda of Dulles! More
