I have been using this dealership for maintenace for several years now and have had nothing but stellar service. I have found the late hours particularly accomodating to my tight schedule unlike other dealers who only have "normal" business hours - ie when I need to be at work. But,of particular note, the tag-team efforts of the ever so pleasant service advisor, M.J. Lawson, and mechanical genius in the back, Greg Sutherland, have always left me reasured that my car is well maintained and in top shape. Always pleasant, and always willing to give me time to explain what the problem is, or what they are recommending to prevent a problem. I NEVER feel like I am being talked into anything that the car actually does not need, and have on multiple occaisions been told by both individuals when I raised various particular concerns, that although a valid concern, not something that need to be addressed at that time - how often will other outside mechanics simply agree and urge you to preform the work you are inquiring about, simply so they get the work ? Not here. That leaves a very calming feeling with me that I am being taken care of, but not being taken for a ride, but also, that much more attentive when they actually do recommend something to be done - it's nice when you have the feeling that someone is actually on your side. Last Sunday, I turned in a lease a few months early and leased a new Accord. The process was very smooth. I don't remember the name of the sales manger, but he was also friendly, straightforward and honest. They assessed the value of my trade in higher than KBB. Other dealerships often use the manager to bring high pressure at the end, but that's not the case here. Also loved Earrett, the finance manager. I highly recommend Honda of Dulles. Make sure you ask for Dexter! More
Wanted to give them my business since it was closer to my house but they could not match an offer from a dealer down the road...$2000 difference. Manager was rude...very cocky. Said you need to experience other places...well I did...and I am not comming back...you lose. More

Two years ago I received a coupon for new spark plugs in my car as part of a lawsuit, and when I tried to use this they said they could not accept it because they claimed two years was too great a time to wait, when the sheet I got said it was good for 15 years. This was a very disappointing experience for us. We had seen a pre-owned car online that we liked and went to the dealership on Wednesday. Good experience there as they were very friendly and did put the hard sell on there. After leaving on Wednesday we started some negotiations via email for the car we had looked at. The original starting price was about $26,100 and by Saturday morning we had negotiated to $25,200 plus their $449 processing fee. When we went in they pulled the old bait and switch on us. After sitting there for about 45 minutes we were told that the price they had given us was on a different car than the one we had seen on Wednesday and did not have the DVD player. Unbelievable since every email going to them mentioned it was the car with the DVD and we had not looked at any other blue Odyssey's on our first visit. Of course when we asked if they would honor the price they said they couldn't because it was $1,000 difference. That excuse makes no sense because if it was a $1000 difference then the price of that car would have been about $25,100 to start and there would have been no need to negotiate! Definitely did not deal with us in an honest fashion so buyer beware! More
