Saw a good deal on a Honda on KBB for $5998. Sat down with the dealer to buy the car and they give me a final nonnegotiable price sheet for $7200. I know there are always taxes and fees, but this was a b with the dealer to buy the car and they give me a final nonnegotiable price sheet for $7200. I know there are always taxes and fees, but this was a bait and switch price. There was an $800 documentation fee. The average fee in VA is $400 btw. I might have bought it anyway, but the manager was full of BS. He should have just told me that this price was as low as he was willing to go. Instead he just insulted our intelligence with BS about laws and rules. More

I feel like I was treated fairly and got a good deal on my car. the salesman was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was annoyed however, that the pre-sale inspection failed to find two nails, one in my car. the salesman was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was annoyed however, that the pre-sale inspection failed to find two nails, one in each rear runflat tire, and i had to drive 20+ miles back to the dealership a couple of weeks later and wait while they repaired the tires. on the positive side, they did not try to charge me for the repairs and the sales and service people did right by me in that respect. The auto center is scheduling beyond what they can handle with the number of mechanics on site and the amount of parts in stock. This is resulting in long waits for the customers--namely 3-5 hours for basic with the number of mechanics on site and the amount of parts in stock. This is resulting in long waits for the customers--namely 3-5 hours for basic services such as state inspection, oil changes, and brake inspections. The service rep was polite despite dealing with rightfully frustrated customers. The service center should focus more on customer satisfaction and a good experience rather than overbooking to get folks trough. This short term strategy may result in loyal customers finding another service center. More
